a modern French brasserie

Curated by NYC hospitality veterans Dominique Paulin and Chef Olivier Muller, Faubourg Weehawken offers French-inspired fare paired with unique wines, craft cocktails, and attentive service in a modern brasserie-inspired space, complete with an open kitchen, grand bar, cocktail lounge, and outdoor seating just one block away from the Weehawken waterfront.

The second of Faubourg’s locations, the team’s flagship Montclair restaurant opened in 2019 and was quick to win over the hearts of locals and New Yorkers alike, with NJ Monthly declaring the restaurant “an institution in New Jersey for fine French dining and celebratory meals.” As Faubourg Weehawken opens in summer 2024, the team promises to deliver the same thoughtful culinary experience Montclair diners have come to know and love to New Jersey’s “Gold Coast.”
